Comfy beds, climate control, a safe box and a writing desk in the room. We didn't have time, but the buffet breakfast looked astonishing! Central location really close to Pasar Seni and Chinatown as well as Chinatown, it was in a downtown area.

The staff was attentive, we had friendly and everything was perfect. The superior double room was silent, included a shower, a hairdryer and guest toiletries. Nothing to complain about, really, had a real good stay for 5 nights.

Clean place, staff was really pleasant. The room was efficient and non smoking, offered balcony, iron and ironing board, and air conditioning. You could walk to shops and a market. Have stayed at this superb hotel before and always had polite service
